This is a brand new Hilton dual brand of Homewood Suites & Hilton Garden Inn located in Southpark area of Charlotte NC. It has been opened roughly 2 and 1/2 weeks now. Has Kone elevators on both sides. Interesting note is that HGI does not have access to 2nd floor from elevators.
